Highway 47 Café

This lovely Cafe just opened recently in Winfield, MO. It is where the LightHouse Restaurant used to be. They opened up the wall between the old bar, and restaurant. I've been there several times and have always had great tasting food with large portions! The servers were always friendly, quick to wait on you, and professional. I've had the catfish, meatloaf, pork chops, chicken, cheeseburger and fries. They have all been excellent. I ordered sweet tea, once it wasn't up to par. They brewed a new batch, because I brought this to their attention. Ozzy and his staff have went out of their way to make my meal time a memorable experience. From great food, to pleasant atmosphere, I have enjoyed eating at this establishment and will return.

Loved our waitress! For small diner, the food was good! We enjoyed our visit!!!

Definitely a casual restaurant they had liver and onions for my friend and pork tenderloin for my husband unfortunately the steak that was ordered was tougher than shoe leather but was eaten had good company and great laughs over a good meal

Never disappointed by the food or the service! I order something different everytime I go cus there is just so much I wanna try. I love that they serve breakfast all day. The owner is great he is attentive when he is serving ppl and and very nice. It is really bi portions which I love for food for latter and an amazing price. They have the best gyro I have ever had and the cinnamon toast delicious! Highly recommended this place for anyone looking for a cute dinner experience. It's not well advertised but it is one of the best kept secrets in winfield!

This restaurant is brand new, only open about a week and I was impressed with how well it was running! I came here with some family members because I really wanted to try the menu. We were sat right away and drinks came out quickly. I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and side salad. The fried chicken was cooked perfectly and crispy but was a bit salty. Mashed potatoes melted in mouth - do know that if you order white gravy it is the sausage gravy used for breakfast. The salad was large and the ranch was delicious! One family member got a special of pork ribs and WOW we were all impressed with them, another family member got a huge breakfast platter and it also was impressive! The space itself is very open so this means its either REALLY loud in here or so quiet every other table can hear you breath lol... I don't love that, but it is what it is. Service was pretty good and the whole staff was working together well. This is very much a cafe vibe - comfort food at great prices. I know I will def be back and I highly recommend you give them a try.
